Build IT Server - Building Operation Optimisation Platform
The Built-IT Server is an integrated platform for the optimisation of buildings’ operation. The System is much wider that a BMS (Building Management System) since it can monitor more than one buildings, with each of them analysed to floors and rooms. The system is addressed to companies and organisations that wish to manage energy consumption, within the framework of their Green Strategy, while reducing at the same time their operational costs. The main features of the system are the following:

Possibility for remote monitoring of the buildings of one or more customers

Breakdown of each building into floors and sites (rooms – offices)

Assignment of employees to specific locations and determination of persons in charge

Collaboration with central building controllers via OBIX protocol

Installment of temperature, humidity, power consumption metering endpoints and sending of measurements to the server

Analysis of per site energy data and communication of the output to the responsible persons

Optimisation of the buildings’ operation through the automation of use case scenarios for power loads
The system is provided as an integrated solution for energy saving, along with controllers produced by the American company Tridium, which we represent in Greece, and with wireless sensors and with Zigbee and Z-wave technologies’ metering endpoints.
