Auditor4 – Projects and Portfolio Management Suite

The Auditor4 platform is an integrated software application that permits organizations managing projects to monitor them effectively. Auditor’s 4th release is the outcome of an effort initiated in 2003 for the electronic management of projects funded by NSRF.

There are three versions of the Auditor4 platform:

Auditor4 – Authority, which is addressed to Managing Authorities
Auditor4 – Intermediate, which is addressed to Intermediate Managing Authorities
Auditor4 – Beneficiary addressed to Beneficiaries and Consultants

All versions of the platform carry an individual core, which is compatible with the requirements of the NSRF management and audit systems, but also include different features that correspond to each organisation’s specific requirements.

The key functional characteristics of the platform are the following:

Management of Operational Programmes with thorough breakdown into axes, thematic priorities, actions, budget distribution
Management of Calls through the possibility to define axes and thematic priorities, potential beneficiaries, eligible cost categories, target values and all other parameters that must be determined for the publication of a Call
Actions Management with the possibility fot electronic submission of applications, evaluation based on checklists, editing of approval decisions, follow-up etc.
Sub-projects Management with monitoring of pre-contractual procedure, contract, project progress, deliverables, financial informationA plethora of statistical data regarding the projects’ progress, actions implementation degree etc.
