In Allweb we operate a special first level helpdesk department in order to fully support our products, services and solutions. Through the helpdesk department, we may immediately cover all our customers’ after sale needs (after sales service). Access to the helpdesk is through every available communication channels:

All the demands, from whatever channel of communication they come from, are registered centrally in a demands management application and, in case a direct solution may be given to the problem, a person from the helpdesk department undertakes its responsibility. If not, a workflow for prompt dispatch of the demand is set and we communicate with the customer as soon as possible.
