Τhe Management Organization Unit assists public authorities in the effective management of EU-funded programs. It focuses on:

• Recruitment of personnel for Special Services
• Training employees of the Special Services & the Beneficiaries
• Design and development of tools relating to the management of co-funded programs & projects
• Information technology systems and procurement of state-of-the-art office equipment & infrastructure facilities for Managing Authorities
• On-going support of beneficiaries with management weaknesses
• Intermediate Management Body
